The Shah's Army

The international terrorist know to the world as "The Shah" has taken up residence in southern Iran, outside the city of Bandar-e 'Abbas. The Shah currently maintains an uneasy relationship with the government of Iran. The Iranian government knows that the Shah is plotting to depose the ruling government and take over. Unfortunately for the government the Shah is seen by most of the Iranian population as a wonderful hero, so it can't take direct action. Currently the government is hoping that a group of heroes (preferably western) will take care of the problem for it. Towards that end any group seeking to take action against the Shah will find it very easy to get into Iran. Getting out is another matter...

The Shah's Army consists of at least 2,000 soldiers, most of dubious quality. Recently the Shah has acquired powersuit components and technology from the former Soviet Union. Using these new resources he has built a force of approximately 250 powersuit armed soldiers as his elite guard. These men are all veteran soldiers and very competent, they are also fanatically devoted to the Shah.
