Rescue Force International (RFI)

RFI is an philanthropic organization funded by William Palmer. It is a subsidiary of Factor-H, a ultra-high tech research and development company with an emphasis on ecology and quality of life. Its purpose is to correct some of the injustices in the world and provide superpowered assistance when normal agencies are unable to cope with a situation.

RFI is an international organization which accepts members from any country, as long as they are not minors and abide by the rules and regulations of RFI.

RFI will always work within UN accepted international law. (GM's note: a lot of nudging and winking will go on when this is told to a member.)
