HISTORY: Aside from growing up on a reservation very little of Sarah Rainmaker's past has been revealed.

She met the rest of Gen13 at IO's research base and escaped with them. Since then she hasn't done very much, she has mostly stayed in the background. She is a terribly under used character.

Rainmaker can theoretically control all types of weather, but she has only ever created rainstorms and lightning. It maybe that she can only create rainstorms and thunderstorms. She can generate Lightning Bolts but they are very low intensity unless she is wearing specially made amplification bracers.
